Promoting a Violence Free Workplace

A comprehensive seminar which addresses the issue of workplace violence which is behavioral based and discusses the links in the chain of violence; threats, domestic violence, peer abuse etc. and ways to recognize the signs leading up to an incident of violence that may aid in preventing or at least mitigating an incident of violence. Simple and practical calming and de-escalation techniques are reviewed as well. Interaction and discussion is encouraged.
